President of Marketing. This individual should enjoy a high-energy

of their career and our company. We offer a unique environment that fosters

Vice President of Marketing position offers a competitive base
salary plus bonuses and commissions. High
performance will be rewarded with uncapped earnings potential.

skills (MS SQL, MS Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Crystal Reports),
time and success management skills.
You will be responsible for developing and managing all
marketing strategies for the company, including but not limited to direct
mail, call center operations as well as web advertising. All efforts are assigned a firm budget that must
be maintained, requiring measurement of quality and effectiveness of all
marketing campaigns to ensure acceptable ROI for the company. Specific
duties include: responsibility for business development and sales
comprising of Direct Mail to existing customers and potential clients that
may need our services (equipment leasing); Residual asset management,
remarketing and liquidation; management of Call Center requiring
forecasting and meeting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets; work
with advertising agency to create advertising campaign and ensure the
campaign is conducted in a timely manner and negotiate the price. Create an
Online Marketing/Advertising program to reach out faster to customers’
nationwide thereby enhancing profitability to the organization. Responsible
for the training, staffing and management of all the marketing functions
necessary to achieve Alliance Funding Group’s growth and profitability.
Coordinate, facilitate and control Alliance Funding Group sales operation
to a team of sales professionals and support staff. Analyze, plan and
implement web advertisements. Take
primary role in charting out a marketing plan. Provide a competitive market
analysis and give appropriate recommendations. Describe the essential needs
of the customers and comprehend the dynamic market through sales discussion
and conducting market surveys. You will interface with Alliance executive
management team on a daily basis. Attend important meetings and positively
promote the affairs of Alliance Funding Group so to enhance the company
image.

Requires: MBA with concentration in marketing
plus minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing positions. Strong understanding of MS SQL, Access,
MS Office & other database programs & familiarity with crystal
reports. Must have strong budgeting skills, project management experience and
understand how to convert opportunities into revenue.
Commission: sliding commission scale based on measured
productivity of the department.
